| Title: | C.U.B.A |
| Description: | The Río de la Plata (Spanish: \"Silver River\") is the estuary formed by the combination of the Uruguay River and the Paraná River.
The best wind for windsurfing is the southeast that sometimes comes as storm called Sudestada. This SE blows as a side shore wind in most of the Argentinean cost of the Río de la Plata. The best time of the year for sailing is during spring and summer (between September and March).
When the wind blows its strength is usually between 10 to 25 knots so the most common type of sailing is Formula and Bump & Jump with sails around 6m.
The chop is wind driven and its size depends on the wind strength and the tide, in really strong storms with high tide it can reach 1.5 to 2 meters high or even more.
