| Title: | Coronation Beach |
| Description: | Coronation Beach - the spot to go when you come to Geraldton. Protected inshore, big easy waves offshore. A port tack jumping location, but late in the day (when the sharks come out) it swings enough offshore to be a decent down the line wave ride as well. You wont be sorry you can here. Best in the Oz summer months.
Kitesurfers go about 80 metres downwind, and generally do the right thing and keep out of everyones way. You can camp here, but bring your own water/food/dunny paper. Toilets and BYO-water showers provided. Also a few gazebos and now even a free electric(?) BBQ. More upgrades are planned in the facilities over 2007.
Gear can be hired from the two windsurfing stores in Geraldton - 25 km away: Sailwest or G-Spot.
